We took this day trip to capture the spectacular fall foliage here in Colorado. The weather

From Montrose, CO take Hwy 50 north to Delta and turn right (east) onto Hwy 92 to Hotchkiss. From Hotchkiss, take Hwy
133 past Paonia and head toward McClure Pass. About six miles beyond the coal-ming town of Somerset, and just before
you get to Paonia Dam, turn right (southeast) on Kebler Pass Rd. Hwy 12. To get to Ohio Creek continue on Kebler Pass
Road. Just over the top you will turn right (south) on Ohio Creek Road. There should be a sign for Ohio Creek Road and/or
Ohio Pass. Drive about 2.5 miles to an immense aspen forest that you will enjoy as you wind down the south side of Ohio
Pass into Gunnison. You will turn right (west) on Hwy 50 to return to Monntrose. Enjoy your day!
